Please note that we have temporarily taken the dual ball nut lathe kit off the market until we can fix an issue with the small ball nuts located under the slide. Once the dual nut system is available again we will offer it to existing customers at cost price.

Our IC3A Intelligent Controller is capable of running from 2 to 4 axis cards. They can also switch 2 mains supply outputs and have features like power-saving, external eStops and limit switch inputs.

Mach3 can be a little fussy at times about the PC hardware it is running on.
This can be related to BIOS, chipset, video card, parallel port and so on.
Our PCs are a proven option - we have tested the hardware combination to ensure it will work for you.
Our 4000RPM kit is only suitable for use on a standard X3 - it will NOT fit a Super X3.
With this kit installed your X3 will be capable of 3500-4000 RPM (varies with each motor/controller).
You still have normal Hi/Lo gearbox operation with the Lo setting giving you approximately half the top speed but double the effective power at the tool.
Ideal for smaller cutters and engravers.
Although our drive system timing belts will last a very long time AND are commonly available sizes we do have a reasonable number of customers requesting spare belts.
This option will give you a complete set of spare belts to match the hardware you have selected.
Note that it is ONE of each SIZE belt - so if your selected options had 2 or more belts of the same size you will have ONE spare of that size if you order this.
Not required for HMC kits or turn-key systems.
With this option you will receive a set of optical homing sensors which can be configured to suit controllers that use a logic level signal for home inputs (most).
Note that L280 lathe kit requires one optical sensor and one microswitch. If your order contains an L280 kit this is what you will receive when ordering this option.
Suits H and HM model hardware kits.
Only available within the specified distance of Melbourne and Brisbane.
Simply adivse us once you have your lathe or mill (or both!!) at your premises and have given it a pre-clean to remove the packing grease which most machines come coated in.
Note that we MUST have full and complete access to the machine from both sides and front/rear.
Our standard length of cables on HM, HMC and Turn-Key kits/systems is one metre from where the cable looms exit the machine.
